Grace & Truth Critical Incident Training and Consultancies is a professional organisation which strongly believes that the Holistic application of practical skill-sets to a Critical Incidence is vital in addressing the educational, financial, intellectual, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of “man” for his existence and proper functioning from a crisis encounter.

The Holistic concept is founded on the principal declarative prayer of the Apostle Paul for the Thessalonians,

“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

1 Thessalonians 5:23.

Grace and Truth

Grace is concerned with manner, motive, genuineness and professional conduct and Truth is concerned with essence, integrity and application of knowledge to meet the demands of life. In other words, we relate to the person first as a human-being without biases and predetermined prejudices. The truth is applied after relationship building is established, and for proper post-adaptive functioning from a crisis/trauma episode.

Critical Incidences:

While we live on this planet, man will experience Critical Incidences of varying degrees. Some are natural, others are resultant from ill-informed personal choices by default and intent. We respond to these crises with alacrity and professional know-how. Our track-record as clinical interveners is to the praise of His Glory.

Consultation and Intervention:

We offer Consultation & Interventions on major Critical Incidences within the Corporate, Educational, Social and Church communities. Whereas crises are inevitable and sometimes void of human choice(s), smooth re-entry towards pre-adaptive functioning is a choice and does not happen by accident.
